What are credits?
Credits are GrantBot.AI's billing unit. You spend them on AI operations: matching has a fixed price, while writing an application and validating it depend on its size — the number of form fields and call documents. You see the cost of every operation before you run it. Your plan comes with a monthly pool; when it runs out, you buy a top-up.
Do credits expire?
Your plan pool renews every month, and unused credits roll over to the next month (up to the size of the monthly pool). Top-up credits do not expire as long as your plan is active.
Can I buy more credits?
Yes, you can buy a 500, 1000 or 2500 credit top-up at any time. Top-up credits go to a separate pool and do not expire while your plan is active.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. You pay the net price from the pricing page for your subscription or top-up - no hidden costs or commissions. You can cancel your plan at any time.
